It is a thought provoking book for the individuals of 21st century, as we run for our life and stress ourself a lot for the unwanted things. The first topic of the book tells us "don't sweat the small stuff", means not to be tensed for small things that happen accidentally in our life like getting tensed for a small problem with someone who cross cut us in the road which we can just drop and move forward.
